This doesn't really make sense because it was created in collaboration with her; there wouldn't be a Jamie Lloyd Sunset without her. She was good on Elsbeth a few weeks ago; I wasn't sure if she could do screen acting because she was so 'big' in Sunset but she pulled it off better than I was expecting. (It is true her tour didn't amount to much in the US.)

There wouldn't be? Does Nicole have a Producer or Development credit that I'm unaware of on JAMIE LLOYD'S Sunset? Feels a little silly to say there wouldn't have been a production without her. Being present for the workshopping of it doesn't mean she is any more responsible for the production as any other actor. She didn't bring the idea to him.

Oh, come on, the whole show was molded around her. If another performer had been given the role, it would have been a radically different production because radically different choices would have been made. And might not have been anywhere near as sucessful. This has nothing to do with whether she's a good actress or whether people want to see her in other roles. It clearly was developed around what she could bring, and so the Sunset production that had everyone raving would, indeed, have not existed without her. I mean, there's a reason the show was not continued or sent on tour without her.

It's also the reason why ticket sales were weak when the understudy was on; most people bought tickets to see Scherzinger in the role.
