re: Goodbye, Jonathan & Lea!

Adam - I was sitting directly behind Landon, so I guess I was behind you as well. I was in Row J seat 8.

I was in H10.....for some reason there is no Row I in that theater.

Yeah, I only figured it out when I saw the photos on bway.com tonight and he was in one of them.

I wish thatsite had the standing ovation after Totally F*cked up.

Don't most theatres not have a Row I? I know they didn't have one when I saw From Up Here or Next to Normal.

Yes, did anyone see the new replacements?
I want to apologize for some offensive messages posted on this board under my name. The night 0f 12-15-08 I did not have internet access, and someone had used my name to post something offensive. My avatar was also changed. I dont' know what else was posted, or if anyone recieved bad PMs, but I want to apologize for that. I've changed my password, and even though I was not the one posting these messages it still needed to be corrected.

re: Goodbye, Jonathan & Lea!

It's been a few days and I'm still overwhelmed with sadness. I had the end of the year caberet for the theater school I go to and we sang "Mama Reprise" and 'Purple Summer". We were hysterically crying once we got backstage. It was really pathetic, but what can I say? We're rediculously devoted fans.

So...unless one cries...they are not considered a devoted fan?

"The stage girls just screamed when the actors came out of the door. (Like they weren't expecting them?)"

Too funny. Made my evening!

I never said that, we're just in love with the show and were miserable at the thought of Jonathan and Lea leaving. They're extremely tallented and we had a hard time dealing with our idols leaving the show. So we cried.

Kyle starts Friday night, I believe. I've seen Socha and Jesse Swenson do the roles together before, and both were very good. Socha's voice is much quieter than Michelle's, but she is a fantastic actress. Swenson has a terrific voice.

Anyone know if new ensemble member Matt Shingledecker will go on as Melchior at all this week, or is it all Swenson?

Its Jesse Swenson till kyle starts.
I saw Jesse last night and he was amazing!!! Those You've Known blew me away...he was incredible!!

Kyle is suppose to start Friday night. (Last I heard)

Supposedly, Shingledecker can't go on for Melchi until his hair grows in more. It's still pretty short.

August should see some Matt Doyle as Melchi action to cover the gap between Kyle and Hunter Parrish. (But not exclusively.)
