Just a few people shy of being an Apple commercial
How do they all have such great video quality!?

I’m sure each video was recorded separately, then they edited them together.

Believe it or not, it’s lightning. Many actors own ring lights as they regularly have to do video auditions so they need these. You can tell who in this video was using one and who was using regular room light. The proper lightning reduces pixelation and grain so you get that crisp, sharp HD quality.
Leslie Odom Jr.'s vocals were stellar. Wow.
Brought tears of joy to my eyes.

Why was the singalong scheduled for Friday canceled?

This was beautiful. But was this dubbed over the cast recording? How else could everyone's recording (even if done individually) so clear and in sync?
I think they probably rehearsed it, taped them separately, probably had a backup track to cover up the missed syncs, and edited it together.
If you look at the video that Lin put in his tweet, you can see the cast coming together:

Folks, the show wasn’t live. It was prerecorded like many shows are doing. Each performer was filmed doing the full track then the selection
and editing was done in post. This would have taken weeks to rehearse.

Yeah my guess is they may have done some sort of live version for the little girl, and then had each member do a separate recording that they then edited it together. No way it would sound that good with that many people on video conferencing
It would be impossible to get anything to sound that good via zoom/slack/etc. I'm guessing the little girl was the first audience for the actual edited version of the song, and those are her real reactions.
