I already said that. All you did was pee!
I also had my hair braided up like Angela Basset in How Stella Got Her Groove Back in tribute to Taye.
And GreeneGirl, I was painted green. Most people didn't realize I was topless. I just left the tracksuit open.

Oh, okay... guess you covered everything. How are we supposed to beat that?!?!?
No Egyptian headdress to symbolize her run in Aida?
No. My toilet doubled as a stage walk-way....
Yeah, she knows her fan base, but i'm sure it still had to hurt.
That shows about as much class as dressing up like a polyp and trick-or-treating at Julie Andrews house
Yes, in fact. On top of the braids. I am surprised no one saw me. I was there most nights. But I totally didn't get the show.

Wait, there actually was a show? I just thought she walked in and out of the stage door everynight so I could stalk her!
"That shows about as much class as dressing up like a polyp and trick-or-treating at Julie Andrews house"
No. If I dressed up as a trap door and went to Idina's - then it would be the same thing.
If I wore a hospital gown and went to Julia Andrews' with an ince pack on my throat, then it would be equivalent to the red track suit.
Let's not forget the vagina I wore for her VAGINA MONOLOGUES performance, my extra long Jew nose for FUNNY GIRL, and the 70's wig for HAIR.
Add that to my naked body, high heel shoes, Egyptian Headdress, cowbells, green face, and pee in toilet.
And, of course, I just finished stitching coffee into my headdress to represent SWIWS.
SQUEE!

Did you fly in too?
Nope! I came up through the bottom of the floor.

I agree that wearing a track suit to one of her shows is just. . .bizarre, I guess is the word.
But for those of you think it is disrespectful or tacky in that it reminds her of her accident, do you think that was the case when John Tartaglia wore a red track suit on his last day in Q?
If you REALLY wanna make her feel bad in the middle of a performance, go dressed up as Marlene.
No jay kay, jay kay...
Someone actually brought up a good point. I think it's really sad and weird how fans ignore her other work or her future work and focus exclusively and obsessively on one role she ever played, or worse on HER. It makes me feel like they don't even appreciate the talent she brings to these roles, or the work she does. It's all mindless quasi celebrity worship.
Yes, on some level she appreciates the attention I'm sure, but who wants to be stalked? It's creepy to think the people all over the country obsessively collect pictures of you, track the details of your life, dress up as you? Not even the character you create, but YOU?
the red track suit is a symbol of indiana's ability to rise above even a life altering accident. we who wear it with pride know in our hearts that indiana recognizes that we are her symbolic siblings in the journey to superstardom. all hail indiana.

"Why is it bad? Do I even need to start on that? She wore a red tracksuit on the last day of Wicked. These girls wore that same suit to SWIWS. You can't see why that is tacky? "
The girls wearing the tracksuits isn't tacky...it's creepy. Idina wearing the tracksuit, at the curtain call of a performance she wasn't even in...that's tacky (that anyone would dress like that in public is tacky, but I digress).

Fosse, how on earth was Idina wearing the tracksuit at all tacky? People really wanted to see her, and its admirable she came at all..who cares what she was wearing???
Actually it is tacky. But more creepy than tacky. Tacky first, creepy next, and then just plain kind of weird and obsessive most of all.

Yeah, the fans wearing it is tacky..but Fosse said it was tacky that Idina wore it, which I really disagree with.

You guys get the cookie today. It was a booger-flying-guffaw moment.

Reading the posts on the link that CATSNYrevival posted would have automatically sent me to another country and changed my name if I were Idina.
Wait, Idina wore a red tracksuit one time? That must have looked really Christmas-y.
She certainly Jingled My Bells.

I agree wth the fact that it was both tacky and creepy, but what makes it worse was that when I went to see SWIWS, I heard other audience members talking about Idina fans before and after the show, saying that they saw the same girls with the red track suits moo when Idina came out the stagedoor. It mgh have also been the same people who got Idina to sign their grimmeries, but that I am not positive of.
