Jimmy even mentioned "If/Then" and that it started previews this week. Like I said on the OT board. The free publicity herself and the show will get from this will be well worth the Travolta mess up.

Not to say that it wasn't great, but she sang the entire song a full step lower from the film and Oscar performance arrangements.

I had actually never heard the word "fractals" until this song. I had to look it up.


She sounded great! It may have been a technical step down, but it was a personal step up from the performance last night.

I hadn't heard of Fractals until I got to college in fall of 1992. They had a poster sale in the student union the first week of the fall term and that was when Fractal Art was just becoming a thing





frost forming on a windowpane really does remind me of the images in those early fractal images

Talked to a mutual friend who works on Fallon and he said that it wasn't planned till after Travolta butchered her name. Fallon had his people call to see if she made it into town yet, when they found out she did, they sent a car for her and wa-lah!
