Mark - Rent (My biggest dream role!) Sonny - Xanadu Ralph/Jimmy/Jack/Narrator - Reefer Madness Melchior/Moritz - Spring Awakening Jamie - The Last Five Years Peter - Bare Sweeney/Anthony - Sweeney Todd Robbie Hart - The Wedding Singer Fiyero - Wicked Cliff - Cabaret There are way to many I have to stop or I will be writing for hours!
If I was a girl . . .
Maureen - Rent Lady of the Lake - Spamalot Ivy - Bare Jo - Little Women Kira/Melpomene - Xanadu Elphaba - Wicked Kate - Lippa's Wild Party Illsa - Spring Awakening Mrs. Lovett - Sweeney Todd Penny Pingleton - Harispray Again there's way more but I'm gonna stop now! lol
I would love to be in Wicked someday...either some ensemble member, Glinda, or Nessa...no Elphie for me, though I think someday it would be plausible for me vocally....but I'd rather do something else.
I almost forgot this: it's my goal to play Cosette, Eponine, and Fantine in Les Mis...not at the same time, but in life :)
Kathy in Last 5 Years
Clara in Passion
Kesa, etc in See What I Wanna See
Actually...I just want a job....someone want to hire me?!
and all that I could do because of you was talk of love...
Moritz/Melchior-Spring Awakening King Arthur/Lancelot-Spamalot Frankie/Tommie-Grease Mark/Roger-Rent Sweeney-Sweeney Todd Bobby-Company Edna/Link-Hairspray Man in the Chair-Drowsy Chaperone
Yes, but sometimes people have a third deeper layer thats the same as the first. Like pie. Dr. Horrible
FIRST: Susan - tick, tick...BOOM! She plays every female role. I was lucky enough to see this performed a couple years ago and I fell in love with her character.
Kim - Miss Saigon (too bad i'm white :-/) Ivy - Bare Wendla - Spring Awakening
Well I guess that's all. Although Rizzo in Grease would also be a lot of fun.
Okay, there are two parts I have to play before I die:
Nicely Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls Marryin' Sam in Li'l Abner
I am a big guy with a range to match the fantastic Stubby Kaye. Sit Down Your Rocking the Boat is my quintessential audition piece (hasn't failed me yet)
I would also love to play John Adams in 1776 (or just be in that show...aweseom music)
In a dream world...
MRS. LOVETT in Sweeney Todd (okay, so I already have all of her music and vocal lines memorized, and it's my secret pleasure to belt out "Worst Pies in London" driving alone in the car)
If I had to pick just one, it would have to be Glinda in Wicked, followed closely by Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. But, I'd also love to play: Clara: The Light in the Piazza Johanna: Sweeney Todd Christine: The Phantom of the Opera Wendla: Spring Awakening Pretty much every ingenue role in anything.
First choice would be Chris in Miss Saigon, then Martin in Martin Guerre, Tiernan in The Pirate Queen, Valjean in Les Mis, Mark in RENT, Mama Morton in Chicago...
I am not an actress but if I was: Ave Q- Kate Monster Not a stretch. Or Tracy Turnblad if I could dance. But the choice I dreamed about: MRS MEERS- MILLIE! (I wanted that bad) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLzqaBbbVTE PS This is not me.

My number one and alltime favorite character in my favorite musical is Eponine in LES MIZ.
The Baker's Wife in INTO THE WOODS... or the Witch, depending on my mood and the director
Amneris in Elton John and Tim Rice's AIDA
Elphaba in WICKED
Sophie in MAMMA MIA!
Diana in A CHOURUS LINE
Ellen in MISS SAIGON
****************************************** Roles I love and would love to do but would never be able to:

"TO LOVE ANOTHER PERSON IS TO SEE THE FACE OF GOD"- LES MISERABLES---
"THERE'S A SPECIAL KIND OF PEOPLE KNOWN AS SHOW PEOPLE... WE'RE BORN EVERY NIGHT AT HALF HOUR CALL!"--- CURTAINS
When I was a kid and read the script of "Camelot" for the first time, I'd have given anything to play Arthur. Unfortunately, I'm a girl. Still think it's a terrific role, though.
Being a girl, then, I guess the part I'd most want to play would be Eliza in "My Fair Lady." Updated On: 1/8/08 at 02:19 PM
Luisa in "The Fantasticks" Maggie in "A Chorus Line" Clara in "The Light in the Piazza" Johanna in "Sweeney Todd" The Mistress in "Evita" (come on - she gets an AMAZING song) Amneris is "Aida"
You're that little girl with her wings unfurled, flying again.
