I would love to be in Wicked someday...either some ensemble member, Glinda, or Nessa...no Elphie for me, though I think someday it would be plausible for me vocally....but I'd rather do something else.
I almost forgot this: it's my goal to play Cosette, Eponine, and Fantine in Les Mis...not at the same time, but in life :)

FIRST: Susan - tick, tick...BOOM! She plays every female role. I was lucky enough to see this performed a couple years ago and I fell in love with her character.

Okay, there are two parts I have to play before I die:
Nicely Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls
Marryin' Sam in Li'l Abner
I am a big guy with a range to match the fantastic Stubby Kaye. Sit Down Your Rocking the Boat is my quintessential audition piece (hasn't failed me yet)
I would also love to play John Adams in 1776 (or just be in that show...aweseom music)

If I had to pick just one, it would have to be Glinda in Wicked, followed closely by Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. But, I'd also love to play:

Johanna: Sweeney Todd

When I was a kid and read the script of "Camelot" for the first time, I'd have given anything to play Arthur. Unfortunately, I'm a girl. 
Still think it's a terrific role, though.
Being a girl, then, I guess the part I'd most want to play would be Eliza in "My Fair Lady."
