Ooh...too many. My favorites (in no particular order) would be.
1. Agony
2. Stay With Me
3. Giants in the Sky
4. On the Steps of the Palace
5. It Takes Two
It's not really a separate song, but my favorite is the Witch's section of Children Will Listen.

I really love the part where Little Red Riding Hood comes in during the Prologue. It's so well orchestrated that you can hear her entire personality through the music (without the lyrics). One of my favorite parts about ITW is how Sondheim uses melodies to develop the characters.
"Our Little World". Well, all the Witch's songs, really.
I absolutely love Your Fault going into Last Midnight!

Without a doubt Giants in the Sky has got to be my favorite ITW song. No One Is Alone is a close second because it makes me tear up nearly every time I listen to it.
Just like AndAllThatJazz22, I can't choose just one but I do have favorites. In chronological order from the show:
* Giants in the Sky
* Stay With Me
* Ever After
* Your Fault
* No More
* Children Will Listen
Giants in the Sky and Agony. My friends and I used to break out into random songs from ITW during drama, it was great.
"Moments in the Wood". Period.
I love all the songs, but my favorite is No One Is Alone.
Agreed on "Moments in the Woods." Especially by Joanna Gleason.
Agony!
Prologue!
Giant's in the Sky!
No One is Alone

the revival cast did a horrible job portraying the score nothing can beat the OBC!
Any time Joanna Gleason opens her mouth.
Giants in the sky! Loved singing that song! Also, Last Midnight.
Bernie P. That is all.
I love No One is Alone a lot though.
I think my favorite is Your Fault, but I really like the Prologue too.
Everything from "No More" through the finale.
