Hi all, I think by any measure, it is pretty safe to assume that “Janice” was a troll. We let “her” original thread go for a while, as people were having fun with it, but when the poster started commenting on multiple other threads in rapid succession, with increasingly illegible spelling and punctuation, we decided to cut it off.

As long as that doesn’t happen this time, there’s no reason why this thread can’t continue. It’s probably better on the Off-Topic board, but since the “Saga Of Janice” started here, it makes sense to keep it here!

If Janis Ian wrote a musical, it would be so depressing that "Fun Home" would look like "Full House." I love her albums, especially the compilation "Souvenirs," but she's like "what if Judy Collins wanted to die?"

Don’t forget this musical must feature at least seven cats, including one named Yum Yum. That should make it considerably less depressing, unless the cats die. Even so, it would still be much less depressing than Cats.
