If you’d read my post with a critical mindset, you’d be able to infer that I was talking about quizking’s comment regarding “the internet (Reddit/Twitter) has not taken too kindly to [Chenoweth’s words]” and how “they” also didn’t react well to  Johnson’s post. I said nothing about anyone on this thread. 

At the risk of stepping into ad hominem here… maybe you’re the low IQ one, since you didn’t catch that.

Yeah, it's so weird Boris. There have been 300 mass shootings this year and horrible political violence against us since Dying Mango Pedophile took office, (RIP Melissa Hortman), but you MAGAts only speak up when it's one of your own. Don't worry honey bear, as Charlie Kirk said himself "I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the second amendment to protect our other God-given rights. That is a prudent deal. It is rational." I'm glad he was able to be cured of his high velocity lead deficiency tho. For the party that calls us snowflakes and touts how important free speech is in America, you seem awfully pressed about our opinions ;)

I understand where Kristin is coming from, but only because I literally just read both of her books back to back for the first time. But (of course) a lot of people seeing her comment didn't. I think these were foolish words, but it's not the first time she's inserted herself into something like this, and it won't be the last. A lot of people draw the line at violence, differences aside, and she is definitely one of them. But I don't think it's fair to cast her aside as some right-wing nut job. She isn't a Republican, she's just a good person. But I'm not, and I'm glad he's dead.

She's not a good person. She's either a vile, Evil person who knows exactly who she is and gaslights her fanbase who has been persecuted and dehumanized by the republicans and right wingers for ages. Or there's a possibility she's incredibly stupid and doesn't realize the weight and consequences of her own words. 

As for the maga. They are never upset about mass shootings, killings of children and minorities. They're only upset because one of their own went down. They'd be jeering and making memes if it was a lib influencer. It's pretty simple.

You don’t have to be upset that Charlie Kirk was assassinated. However, if you support his murder or otherwise believe that anyone should be killed for expressing freedom of speech - you are a terrorist. 

This. Is. Terrorism. 

You can’t see it because no terrorist thinks they are a terrorist - Islamist terrorists for example who shot up the Charlie hebdo office would suggest it was a just moral cause because of the offensive use of freedom of expression. You similarly would say it’s justified because of the offensive use of freedom of expression. 
 

It doesn’t matter. We have freedom of speech for a reason. 

This is a dark, dangerous park to go down on and I’m 100% sure history will not see this as the moral virtuous act you think it is.

You’re so busy happily sucking down the force-fed lie that the left is celebrating this that you don’t even bother to notice that nobody in this thread has celebrated his murder. The worst people have done in this thread is point out the irony in his gun control comments and decry the truly horrendously bigoted things he proudly announced while alive. 

Democratic leaders’ statements have denounced the act and expressed sympathy for and condolences to the family. Are some nutcases online saying horrible things for clicks? Sure. But just because the current president homophobically attacked Paul Pelosi for being assaulted, said it would “waste time” to call Gov. Tim Walz to acknowledge the assassinations of Minnesota democrats Melissa Hortman and Mark Hortman, and blamed the “radical left” for Kirk’s murder despite his hand-picked FBI head crowdsourcing information because he has no idea who did this, does not mean the left is doing the same. The people you vote for hold their noses in the air while wallowing in the muck and you take their word over what you could look at if you opened your eyes. 

Go back to telling trans people that they should stop protesting and just wait for the world to accept them.

It is implicit or explicit in some cases that some people here support this murder. And the off topic board is full of people justifying this. It’s also all over the internet and reddit people rejoicing and celebrating this. 

If people here don’t support it, then fine you’re not a terrorist and there is nothing to discuss because we all agree. But if you do - you are supporting terrorism and you have terrorist attitudes. There is nothing ok or morally virtuous about this.

Being disappointed in or boycotting Kristin Chenoweth for saying she agreed with some of the perspectives of a horrendous bigot is not the same as endorsing murder and you know it. 

She is not owed a career or anyone’s fandom or money. She has to earn them, same as all of us. We have the same freedom of speech to be disappointed and angry with her as you do to clutch your pearls on her behalf.

Will you now agree explicitly with this statement? 

“If Charlie Kirk was murdered for expressing his political views, this was wrong. No one deserves to be murdered for their political views. There is no justification. We must protect the right for people to express themselves freely without fear of violence even and ESPECIALLY when we don’t agree with them”.
