Anyway, I'm sure the memoir will be released; as to a limited series or film, who knows? It would require a tour de force performance from a leading lady who bore a resemblance to Liza. I'm not sure who I'd cast.

You haven't contributed anything to this thread. It's pathological at this point. Some of us are interested in projects involving Liza; the OP brought this to my attention and I appreciate it. I'm not sure what "there" you are expecting.

I didn't realize this was happening, just that we were getting a memoir next Spring. Thanks Neal, this should be interesting.

I like the idea of Gaga, that's out of the box casting, and she did have that sweet moment with Liza at the Oscars or wherever it was. I was also thinking about Anne Hathaway. But I have no idea what era or eras a biopic/series would cover.

@joevitus — You know exactly what you are doing, so you can curb that rhetoric and the condescension that kickstarted this endless chatter. Or no pudding cup for you, missy.

In any event, the memoir will be vanilla. We are never going to gets a warts and all account of her life while she is still with us in the physical form. She is very protective of herself, and I get why, but she has an interesting relationship with the facts.

Joevitus is a juvenile troll who claims to not be angry, but is clearly bothered by how much they insist on posting in a thread they deem “pointless” - as if their input on any thread (especially this one) has been of substance whatsoever. 🙄 If this thread has no point, why bother adding to it, let it die a pointless death.
