Today is going to be a long, dull day at work before the holiday break, so I went down the Lyceum rabbit hole. In its 114-year history, it appears to only have had three shows (Born Yesterday, The Doughgirls, and The Gold Diggers) which ran over one year. On the other hand, it had 10 different productions open in calendar year 1913 and in calendar year 1910. (Those may have been some sort of repertory company residency or something.)
I have to admit, the Lyceum may be my least favorite Broadway house, other than possibly the charmless Marquis and Minskoff.

The revival of Morning's At Seven ran April 10, 1980 to August 16, 1981, a year and 4 months. Sailor, Beware!, a naval comedy, ran September 28, 1933 - December 1934, a year and 3 months.
And George S. Kaufman & John P. Marquand's The Late George Apley ran almost a year, November 23, 1944 - November 17, 1945. And Arthur Kober's Having Wonderful Time (which becam the musical Wish You Were Here) ran February 20, 1937 - January 08, 1938.
The link provided above takes you to ibdb's listing for every show that has played the Lyceum. Each show's individual record shows you the # of performances, quite close to the top of the page.
You, however, are required to click on the link for every show, if that's what you want.
Someone said they hate the Lyceum. I love its bones...I just think the Shuberts need to invest a little money in it, the way they did with the Belasco (which I actually have not been in since the renovation...never had any interest in Hedwig or Glass Menagerie, and don't remember what else I missed).
Have to admit that I ALWAYS sit on the aisle, as I try to do in an awful lot of the theatres, unfortunately, so I don't know whether it is more or less cramped than most. My favorite shows were Mornings at Seven (original), which clearly is the longest run in many years.
I also think the Longacre is a wonderful theater, and a lot of people seem to malign it all the time. I particularly love the bar area in the second balcony!
I always sit on an aisle too. I've seen three shows there from three different areas on an aisle and always had some railing blocking part of my view. Seats are sprung, paint is peeling, and the bathrooms upstairs are comically small. The Shuberts would have to put a king's ransom in this place to make it decent.
Very much looking forward to seeing the Belasco renovation next month at Farinelli. They'll have to go a long way to match the Hudson!

I love the Lyceum! Probably the prettiest facade of any theater. And love the simple marquee, which may be a deterrent for some shows.
But yeah the balcony isn't the best. The bathrooms are fine and there's a giant space beneath, which I don't understand why they don't utilize. Maybe no one will go down the stairs to get drinks?
Newintown, thank you again. That was the trick I needed. Here's the longest-running shows...

You need to redo your list. Several of these shows split time with the Lyceum and other theaters. You should count only Lyceum performances. Born Yesterday played its last eleven months at Henry Miller's Theater.
