You've been on auto pilot just recently? Who would have known?
I have been on Auto Pilot with this board for months now and you bitchy jaded shattered dream queens are just boring me now.
Damn. Get that auto pilot checked soon, love.

"If anyone was robbed, it was Rob McClure who did an AMAZING job in Chapin...he was outstanding."
I agree with you!
Tim Minchin is currently touring in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, which probably explains why he couldn't attend the performance
Tim, is in Sydney Australia doing Jesus Christ Superstar and did a newspaper interview saying he would rather stay and do what his contract asked him to do than rather miss shows.

It's called a typo or "brain fart." We all have them. It was fixed. My bad, banal a**holes.

Gee...that might be a Superstar worth seeing!
There is a Minchin concert that's been running on cable and he is mesmerizing!
Thanks, qolbinau and rosscoe. I'm long burned out on JCS, but I wouldn't mind sitting through another production to see him as Judas live.
Found this online:
"THE TONY GOES TO KINKY BOOTS"
In the distance, the muffled shout of a young Matilda is heard...
"That's not right!"

Regardless, it is a sham that KINKY BOOTS won more Tonys than PIPPIN. KINKY is a great show and all, but still.
A flim flam even
Mike, this is the same Superstar that showed in London last year and was screened in cinemas, the cast from London are doing an arena tour across Australia.
I'm gonna stomp my feet and yell that because the show I liked didn't win an award that impacts my life in absolutely no way whatsoever, that it was robbed and take it as a personal attack on myself!!!
I'll NEVER FIND IT. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER. SH*T.
The Tony voters sit around a table once a week to discuss what they can do to piss off Jordan.

Oh, I see. I believe the cinema screening was cancelled at the last minute, at least here in the U.S. I'm not sure if it was ever rescheduled.
That's right it was too, I now it screened in Australia.
Dear RSC: you have every right to collect every coffer for M. It's a wonderous show.
But don't be surprised if that pisses off American producers and TONY voters.
Everybody say YEAH!
Curtainpulldowner
You Said It!!! Broadway Producers especially the Neaderlanders were put tons of money into trying to get RSC to let them produce Matilda without letting them know they already choose The Dodgers, and how do these producers get their revenge... TONY AWARDS!!
What?
Wow, theaterkid, chill. It was all in jest. Sheesh.

Well, as per Jordan's post, there are a lot of things worse than the wrong show winning the Tony, but it's probably not that shocking that the American show with the feel-good message edged out the dark, sophisticated British import. Matilda was an A, Kinky was a B+...and I liked Pippin more than either one of them.
Glad at least that they went with Tracy Letts over Tom Hanks, and Patina over Laura, even though she made a lovely Cinderella
Sigh. Is it always "or"? Is it never "and"?
Here's to a great season on Broadway.
Matilda was an A in your opinion.
Kinky Boots was a B+ in your opinion.
I'm so tired of everyone who posts this shlt like they're writing facts that everyone should just know. IN MY OPINION Matilda was a C- and Kinky Boots was an A.
