Greetings! I know Melissa does not take selfies, but will she sign something other than the Playbill to "Beautiful"? I have a photograph I would like her to sign, and not sure if I'm going to make it to the show. But if I do go, I'd rather not bring the photograph if I know she won't sign it.
Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. It's disappointing how many rules they put forth on something that's supposed to be fun during a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for many. I wonder who makes those rules...the show or Melissa's people.

She is taking time to meet you, she can make whatever rules she wants. She doesn’t have to come out at all.

They want to avoid people who didn’t see the show going to the stage door to sell her autograph. Lupita Nyongo did the same thing during Eclipsed. As said above, she doesn’t have to come out at all.
It’s definitely not the show making that decision for her, they don’t do anything except provide a guard and put up barricades.

My 10yr old daughter saw the show a couple weeks ago. Melissa DID sign her supergirl comic but was not super friendly. that was the feedback given to me.

Thank you for your feedback. :) I have heard from others who have met her she's not the most friendly of people. I hope your daughter enjoyed the experience, regardless.

Waited at the stage door last Thursday and Melissa didn’t come out, from what I’ve heard it seems like she’s stopped doing it but I could be wrong. Stage door was very crowded even before the show let out but cleared almost instantly after they made the announcement about Melissa not coming.
If you want anything signed you’ll probably have better luck mailing it to the theatre with a note. The rest of the cast did come out and everyone else signed/took pictures with thosr who asked.

She came out last Wednesday and was very sweet to my daughter. They announced that she would be coming out, but would only sign one item and would not take selfies. The night before a similar announcement was made before Matt Bomer exited at The Boys in the Band.

I appreciate all the feedback. It sounds like it's a crap shoot on whether she comes out or not, which I know is the case for anyone. I think I'm going to send my photograph to the theatre and try my luck with that. It's something I can get again if it's not returned. Can someone please provide me with the mailing address I should use?
Thank you very much.

Do I just address it to the stage door?
