I'd love to see TORCH SONG TRILOGY...all 900 hours of it.
And I confess to absolutely loving THE NERD. I've never seen M. BUTTERFLY and would love to. And I concur on ROSENCRANTZ AND GUILDENSTERN.
How about THE GREAT WHITE HOPE for Taye Diggs and Jennifer Ehle?
And one of my favorite plays about the magic of theater, OUR COUNTRY'S GOOD.

Torch Song Trilogy and Agnes of God are at the top of my list. I saw them both in their original run in the same week. Still two of the most powerful plays I've ever seen.
I also vote for a few classics ...

Well, THE ELEPHANT MAN is supposedly coming back to Broadway with the Bradley Cooper production from Williamstown in the spring.
Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

A good revival of THE LITTLE FOXES would be worth seeing these days. But with who? They'd wind up with what's her name from some TV show directed by David Leveaux reimagining the show set in a boxing ring...

I loved the weird Little Foxes at NYTW with Elizabeth Marvel and Cristin Milioti a few years ago. Did you catch that Roscoe?
