What are the songs that you can't just stop listening to on your iPod?

I LOVE the Next to Normal recording, but the songs that get the most replay are "I Am the One,""Just Another Day," and "Superboy and the Invisible Girl." I especially love it when Alice chimes in with "You say you hurt like me" in "I am the One", then goes completely powerhouse at the end of the song. Same goes for Aaron Tveit and Jennifer Damiano in "Superboy and the Invisible Girl."

Glee- Rehab and Don't Stop Believing

In the Heights- In the Heights, 96,000

Mamma Mia- Knowing Me, Knowing You

Spring Awakening- Mama Who Bore Me

West Side Story- Tonight, America

The Last Five Years- Nobody Needs to Know, Shiksa Goddess, If I Didn't Believe in You

Avenue Q- All of the songs

Jersey Boys- All of the songs

Bright Lights, Big City- Bright Lights, Big City, Fact and Fiction, Stay In My Life

And I'm pretty sure I'll be playing the Chess: In Concert recording over and over again since I can't seem to stop watching the trailer for the show.

Right now the song I'm stuck on is "Un Hombre Asi/A Boy Like That" from West Side Story. Especially when Josephina Scalione shouts, "You should know better". Before that, I think it was Anne Hathaway singing "Yes, My Heart" from Carnival.

It's funny, the three Next to Normal songs you mentioned were what first came to mind!

I've been listening to Next to Normal straight through for months...I love the songs, but I love them even better when listening to the entire cast album start to finish.

Outside of that I've been listening to:

"The Proposal / The Night Was Alive" - Titanic
"I'm Not Afraid of Anything" - Songs For A New World
"If Mama Were Married" - Gypsy (2008 Revival)

"A New Life - Jekyll & Hyde Resurrection"

AHH! I'm not the only one who likes this album (I'm biased though). I think the arrangement of "In His Eyes" is amazaing!

I've been listening to my West Side Story Revival CD since it came out but especially Maria, America, and Un Hombre Asi/I Have a Love.

Before that it was Next to Normal: Act 1.

I love Brandi too - but I do NOT love this version of the song. I don't see why all the oohhs and ahhs were necessary and infringed on my enjoymnet of hte song...

Mine:
"Gold" - Linda Eder/Camille Claudel
"When the World Was Mine" - The Count of Monte Cristo
"If Dreams Came True" - A Tale of Two Cities
"Painting Her Portrait" - Jane Eyre ~ The Musical

BLBC: Eden's Line after the "can you make me..." section of Odeon. I just love her and well that entire recording in general.

The last 45 seconds of My Strongest Suit from AIDA.

I haven't put this on my iPod yet (I am out of school and mostly used it when walking to class or on the subway), but I cannot stop listening to the cast recording of the Hair revival.
