Has anyone heard this, know if this is just temporary, and if Neil is okay?

he might not be a main character but each actor is an important part of the show. if a swing covered the role until he returns then they would have one less swing for another part. since he will be out for a little bit of time it makes sense (and is required) for them to hire somebody to do the role until he comes back. as far as i know he isnt moving on to any new project, he is just out because of an injury but will hopefully be back on the sooner side
i mean without someone doing the role it would leave things funny, like who would carry SJB, or they wpuld be missing a jumping cowboy, etc...

Maybe he wasn't getting enough circulation to his legs while wearing those beautiful way-too-tight shorts during the opening number.

Posted: 6/2/09 at 10:16pmI remember hearing from someone close to the cast that one of the ensemble men had separated his shoulder and would be out. It stands to reason that this is what happened.

Probably from his insane flip in that one number.
He is a good looking guy and proved to have a lot of stage presence.
