This was already announced in early January and I'm sure there's already a thread devoted to it.

No harm is necessary.

No, it wasn't. It was announced he was in discussions, which is different than confirming a casting decision. And what difference does it make? You aren't paying for BroadwayWorld's bandwidth, so who cares if two month-old thread isn't revived?

Uh huh, and this article didn't confirm it either, he was promoting his laughable new" music". Prepping isn't a confirmation and things fall through all the time. Nothing new to see here. JL is correct.

Exactly! Jordan how DARE you start a thread about something that was casually mentioned as a possibility months ago!! Much better if you just start a 28th thread asking when will Broadway be back!! LOL

Wrong. "[Jonas] is prepping for the role of Frankie Valli in a streaming theater version of 'Jersey Boys,'" is a tacit confirmation. You're being argumentative for no real reason, other than to be rude.

Zero vocal range is the definition of muteness. Nick is not a mute.

For sure. He may not be a mute, but he is a defiantly a cute! :)

I have to give him props 'cuz in 2019 he was looking like this...not that there is anything wrong with the way he looked in these pics. I would never, ever body shame anyone. I'm just admiring the commitment it took to lead to the transformation...

I think you are joking but in case you aren't....his music and voice are garbage. Just generic songs with an incredibly below average voice. He stood out so badly during the Les Mis concert because everyone else sounded like a professional singer except him. He would get the same attention as his brother Kevin if he wasn't handsome, which would be very little. I also find it incredibly amusing that a straight, married man is slobbered over continuously on this website.

However much credit one might be inclined to give your "critique" of his singing and music, your coda betrays the real motivation for it: you don't like the guy. In what possible way does a person's sexual or marital status affect the propriety of the "slobbering" they get? People like seeing hotness. It's not like he would be "available" to anyone here (and by the way, the choice to disparage only gays in this context is both offensive and, of course, laughable.

Hey, I'm an equal opportunity "slobberer" - - - oh, and what Hogan said...

I saw him in concert about two years with Demi Lovato. He was very personable with the audience and had a better than average stage presence. I didn't really know his music, except Jealous, which I really like. I wouldn't have been mad if he had performed his set......shirtless.
