So happy to see Carmen Cusack nail it on national TV! Saw her as Elphaba in Wicked and as Nellie in South Pacific. Have been a huge fan of her and her voice ever since.

The Color Purple's performance was beautiful. SOO glad Cynthia and the cast got a Standing Ovation. I remember the year when Fantasia performed and tore it up and deserved one, but didn't get one. Glad they were able to show off the three leading ladies

On Your Feet's performance was incredibly sloppy. Gloria couldn't just let the cast shine on their own. How totally self indulgent.
