HA! I love it! For some reason PJ winning is simply hysterical to me.
I'm not sure I understand. Hysterical because of the reactions on this board or does is it some sort of affirmation of your opinion of Tony voters?

Ugh, the dissapointment. I was sure Sweeny would win.
I'm not a gay stereotype. I'm a coincidence.

WOW, this just goes to show the tonys are crazy and can make mistakes

The only way they can make up for this is by giving the Tonys to Michael and Patti.

Wow, that was shocking. Sweeney Todd is now the second masterpiece (first was Brokeback) in the last year to go unrecognized at the finish line.
Also, as happy as I am for Christian Hoff, I'm upset that Manoel didn't get it. Here's hoping for LuPone.

Maybe it's because Sweeney opened a while ago and Pajama Game made a more recent splash.

Ehhh... Not to me. Not by a loooooong shot. In fact, I think it's one of the worst BP winners ever.

Actually, I think it's economical. "Sweeney" has already made back its investment and will continue to do well regardless. "Pajama Game" is set for a commercial run in the fall, and voters wanted to help them out, IMO

I'm sorry, the only thing that matters are Alfre Woodard's enormous breasts.

ROFL. Truth, that.
Figured it'd be History Boys, although I still held out a little hope for Inishmore. Yay for HB, though.
