What? How can you not get Hugh Jackman??? He was amazing in BFO. Along with Oklahoma. The man has talent. And lots of it.
Patti LuPone, Ethel Merman, and Carol Channing are people to not get. I don't see how people can listen to them sing.
"You can't stop someone who wants to be an artist. If they're going to do it, they're going to do it... Work as hard as you can on the things you can work on. Until it seems like there is no possible chance you're going to succeed, don't give up." ~ANDREW ASNES

"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!"

Miriam - I was surprised to see your comment about Ethel Merman. I never had the opportunity to see her live, but I recently watched the film version of Call Me Madam and I was shocked at how flat her performance was. She had one smile permanently glued to her face and she was completely lacking in charisma. It made me wonder if it was her or the lack of direction.
