I am trying to get tickets to Peter and the Starcatcher and I have a couple quick questions:
1. It looks like based off of the dates I am able to go I could either sit in the center orchestra around rows j-m, depending on the date, or the center mezzanine rows a-c. I know that both of these areas are decent, but are there any particular reasons to prefer the mezzanine or the orchestra for this particular show? Also, I will be going with someone who is relatively short. Is there a bar in front of the first row of the mezzanine that could potentially block her view from row a, like at some theaters?
2. Based off of my schedule, we will only be able to go to matinees. Does anybody know if any of the cast members have been coming out at the stage door after matinees? I totally understand if they don't, being a two-show day, but I was just curious. Either way, I am really excited to see the show!

I went to a Wednesday matinee and several members of the cast came out including Adam, but both Christian and Celia remained inside, however it could vary.
I saw Peter from row A in the mezz -- it was terrific. I almost always take a front row mezz seat over mid to rear orchestra.
Enjoy.

They do usually come out, but it is a VERY informal stage door. There are no barricades, they just come out and sign for the masses, as well as take pictures. They are very, very nice about it. Great experience.
I saw it from left orchestra on the aisle last night. GREAT seats. Cannot say how much I enjoyed this production! I haven't laughed as much or left the theatre with a that big smile for a very very long time.
I sat in the center mezz, probably row D or so, and the leg room is nonexistent. I was very uncomfortable. I could see the show fine, though!

saw a saturday matinee a couple weeks ago and adam, celia and christian were the only three to come out! they we very nice and as said before its a pretty informal stage door.
as for the seats i sat row m center orch and they were great seats, a part of me wants to say this production is better from eye level but that's always my preference as opposed to "looking down"
Not only is the leg room non existent in that theatre, but the urinal stalls??? Seriously? Have to stand sideways and take careful aim!

My mom actually saw this play twice, once from the orchestra and once from the mezzanine, and she said she liked it a lot more from the orchestra because you could really see the emotions on the actor's faces which added more humor to it. I had seen it with her in the orchestra and I agree it is a perk. The play has a lot of physical humor so you want to be sure to see all of it clearly.
During intermission make sure you go up to the proscenium and check out the marvelous craftsmanship. You will be amazed! Some of the items relate tithe show. Don't want to say more.
