They must have heard the bitching about the other production and decided to send some pictures our way. Definitely LQ, would have loved to see a HQ in some of those ensemble shots.

That set looks pretty massive. There are some photos where it looks like it's drowning the actors. That said, I really like some of these photos (agreed about the fat suit, though). Here's to hoping they fix what needs to be fixed in time.

If you mean the ones in the first couple of pictures, nope they're on at the beginning (unless they changed it since I saw the show). Though the "Always Open 10 Times a Week" / Burlesk ones are (they're not in the pics).

Didn't they change the era? If so, what exactly did they change it to and WHY? Guys and Dolls is quintessential 1950s.

They changed it to the 1930's since that's when the Runyon stories were written.

The marquees are only on when they are in Times Square. The other sets are impressive including the Havana set and then Crap Shooters set.
