"They're singing, "Happy Birthday"
You just wanna lay down and cry
Not just another birthday, it's 30/90
Why can't you stay 29
Hell, you still feel like you're 22
Turn 30 in 1990
Bang! You're dead, what can you do?"

Eh, I was at the airport when the A&E thing was on, I was never expecting to see it.
On the plus side, I'm finally watching Adam interview on WB11. He did very well. And it's weird to think he was doing that like 9 hours after I was standing right in front of him.
Like a firework unexploded
Wanting life but never
knowing how

it was so crazy, i was laying in my bed kinda sleeping kinda awake, and I was singing Tango Maureen in my head. Then my dad comes running in and turns on the TV and it was Anthony and Tracie singing Tango Maureen! im so mad i missed the beggining of it.
Ebert's part... what a f*cking cop-out. He says that it's not a movie you can love because "it's difficult" and because "the characters are difficult" and because it's "dark." You can only love happy movies? I'm mad. These people are in realistic situations, not ones in remakes of movies that don't need to be re-made, and are probably easier to care about than some two-dimension boring people in another silly romantic comedy.
Just finished watching Breakfast with the Arts. Nothing new, but great non the less. Keith Urban was an added bouns. Wipes drool off. I just love Anthony, and Adam looked good.
My 62 year old, ultra conservative mom called me up on Friday and asked if I wanted to go see Rent with her. Well, duh of course. She loved it, which surprised the hell out of me (she thinks nothing will ever compare to Phantom). I found my mom sobbing, at all the right parts. She also said that Adam's hair was beautiful and that she wanted to pet it.
I just watched Ebert and Roeper. What Epert said bothered me too. The fact that it's not a happy go lucky comedy is a idiotic reason not to like it. Please pm me if you have Breakfast with the Arts or the View videos.
"Nothing's lost forever. In this world, there is a kind of painful progress. Longing for what we've left behind, and dreaming ahead."
"I love America more than any other country in the world, and exactly for this reason, I insist on the right to criticize her perpetually."
