even if its double sided, they probably wouldn't notice. as long as you have it rolled up and open it up once you get into the store, you'll probably be fine.
OH. I just realized. If I fool them, I can DEFINITELY get in. That wasn't my intention; I was going to try to get in on honesty, but I just wanted to know if I was allowed to bring a poster that wasn't the one they gave out, or if they were restricting it.
I got mine too! I thought I wasnt going to be able to be let in because I thought there were already 200 people there but i got in yay! haha! Cant wait till 4!!

I didn't mean I wanted to try to go with my poster and fool the people into thinking I got it this morning -- I don't want to use it as a guarantee to get in on dishonesty. I just want to know if you're only allowed to have specific things signed or if it's okay to bring something that isn't a poster from Virgin and isn't a CD. Sorry!
oh, got it. I think you're only supposed to have either the highlights cd or poster, if you have one, signed. are you going to get there in time for a wristband?
I think people should take something they want signed that they will enjoy. Am I the only one that thinks that the idea of choosing based on what you might be able to get on EBAY is slightly offensive? If RENT or the performers is something near and dear to your heart - great - you'll have a wonderful memento. Going decidedly to make a buck off someone else's time and energy and goodwill doesn't sit well with me - never has. But that's just me.

Craig, I don't think anyone posting here about getting things signed had anything to do w/ wanting to sell things in Ebay, whether it is exactly what you said, it is near and dear to them, if anything it's about which would mean the most and look prettiest on their walls. Just my 2 cents.

I apologize. I misread "liotte, I'd go with the poster. Think of it in terms of value. I am guessing it would be cheaper to get a cast signed CD on eBay or something like that than it would to get a poster. "
I would delete my original post, but I think it's still a good sentiment to leave on this thread.

I don't think anyone has intentions of selling whatever they get signed on ebay. someone mentioned ebay saying that it would be easier to get a signed CD from there, so they should get the poster signed. but, they also said a signed poster is a nice piece of memorobilia and of course will look very pretty on a wall.
Yes, I do think you misread that, I think the sentiment wasn't expressed in terms of selling on ebay, the poster was suggesting that if she wanted two things signed, one would be cheaper to get on Ebay, but either way it would be something she herself would have sentimental value for, that's all. But I appreciate admitting a misinterpretation, I wish more ppl on the board would so willing do that.

Everyone was so nice (Jesse was the only person not there), the place was packed, people were singing along to the CD that was playing, tons of pictures, ahhhh!!!!!!!
