He is such a negative Nellie. i hope the show is a big hit. This guy gloats over negative news and i believe he wants all shows to fail. Do publicists and BO staff really give him the advance numbers?
HA! I actually greatly enjoy this article and appreciate Riedel's ability to poke fun at himself/the show.
What great sports. I was prepared for some cringe worthy response, but I'm glad to have been proven wrong.
I'm actually super stoked for that show.

I love how the shows comments stayed in character so to speak, again something from that show that made me chuckle. (I laugh every time I watch their promo online) Like Rippedman, I am also very much looking forward to this show and hoping the reviews are positive. Have one slot left for a Sunday night show on our upcoming visit and this is the one I have penciled in.

Last week I heard things were really heating up at the Lyceum - this show could really catch fire!
Seriously - often plays are a "second or third show" for out-of-towners - picked up same-day based on availability and discounts. Reviews will be key to attracting New Yorkers,
while every Producers love to sit on a large advance, it is less critical for plays. It's always a leap of faith for any show - Riedel hasn't really tapped into some new vein of reality here.

I saw the show when it first opened in London on a whim since they were one of the only shows with a Sunday matinee and laughed the entire time. The play is downright silly and just fun. The joke of everything messing up constantly may wear thin on some so your mileage may very, but I can't wait to see it again.

Ben Brantley raved about this show, when he saw it in London.
This show raises stupidity to an art form.

Saw it in London two years ago or so- and it was the only show I can remember walking out on. We hated it- it was ridiculous and most of all- UNFUNNY- stupid is more like it. I highly do NOT recommend it.
I saw it in London last year and laughed my head off and had great time. Yes it is silly but so was "Noises Off". They even do a something before the show actually starts with the audience which was pretty funny.
