According to this tweet from Broadway Black and several other reports on Facebook, SHUFFLE ALONG cast member Jeffrey "JL" Williams has not been heard from in 3 days. He was last seen on 2/10/16 in the Bronx around 167th St & Jerome Ave. He is 6'3" & about 180-190lbs. If you have seen him call the police immediately at 718-590-5537. Praying that he is found safe.

The NY Daily News reported on it, but no new information. Still shocked that neither BWW or Playbill have covered this at all. I mean, I get that he isn't considered a huge name, but he's still a part of the Broadway community.

It could be that the family doesn't want those stories, so as not to interfere with the police search and those websites are respecting their wishes.  Shuffle Along cast member Christian Dante White posted this on his Facebook wall:

 

"Friends & loved ones of JL Williams, his MOTHER has asked that all posts regarding JL be removed from social media ASAP unless they are approved by HER or the POLICE DEPT, to avoid and hinderance of the investigation. Thank you. #‎JLWilliams

And, now he's telling his story in a one man show. He is so brave to tell his story. He's an example to us all re:perseverance and stamina. I can't wait to see it!
