Curious what happened, but no Jagged Little Pill reunion tomorrow. They'll have Colin Donnell & Caissie Levy instead. Hoping they update their website with who they'll have this week.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
So I just checked at the reposted Randy Rainbow episode which was one of my favorites. So it cuts off during the Donna Murphy visit and never gets to Patti LuPone at all which of course the best part was Randy being surprised with Patti and her talking about watching his videos.
I suggest they get them both back because that was a lot of fun.

I know I was bummed about no jagged reunion as well! I hope they reschedule. I know a lot of the cast has gotten the virus, so maybe that's why?

Oh, I thought perhaps someone had streaked behind Ms. Lapone in the basement which would have been scandalous so I am glad it was just a technical error.
However, it seems if Seth could get some Broadway hotties to strip down to their boxers the concept might bring in a chunk of change for the Actors Fund.
I'm sad, I love Randy Rainbow. I can't believe they deleted it (I'm sure they can't either lol). I was excited to tune in live but my friends asked me to host our virtual game night at 8pm instead of earlier. And I thought, no problem, I can watch it after the live stream... I kept looking for it after our virtual game night concluded. Anyway, I'm glad they salvaged some of it and will watch it today. I'm going to tell my friends 9pm from now on since they don't want earlier than 8pm, haha. Didn't think I'd experience FOMO during these quarantine times!

The website was updated and the next play reading on Wednesday is “Fuddy Meers” with the original cast. It’s a play I know absolutely nothing about so I’m looking forward to it.
Thanks for the link to part 2 with Patti LuPone. Patti doesn’t remember receiving Signature Theatre’s Stephen Sondheim award! I bet they’ll be trilled about that.
Seth has stated how tiring this is for him & James. They're also doing Sirius XM radio in the morning as well. I wonder if it might be best for them to go dark one day a week(Monday?).

Can someone help?! I watching the marvelous Mark Setlock in Fully Committed today and just at the end I lost the connection. “Sam” was talking to his father about coming home for Christmas after all and that’s where I lost the picture and sound. Can someone note here what happened at the end of the play?! I saw the play years ago but don’t remember the ending. Thx!
It looks like the show only stays up for a half hour or so after it’s finished, before it’s deleted probably for people who started a few minutes late. If you started it later than that half hour or so, when it was deleted you probably lost it then.
They announced next Wednesday’s matinee will be “The Divine Sister” with Charles Busch and Julie Halston - one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. I’m so stoked for this.

I wonder if they might go to 1 show a day as well. I've only watched a couple of these so far and loved them but the 2 hours each day is a lot. I like that John Krasinki's new show only seems to be about 15 min long. Maybe doing 30 min each is a better model if they don't want to go to 1 show a day.
This morning I watched Monday's episode with Scott Evans and Caissie and Colin. Really enjoyed it,
I liked it better when it was just one main guest with maybe a couple of surprises. The reunions are fun to watch but the service they use doesn't support multiple people as well and it's hard to tell what they're all saying if they talk over each other. I haven't watched a lot of recent ones since they've been a lot of TV shows that I don't really follow, but I wouldn't want them to go to shorter episodes since I enjoy the stories they tell along with the songs. Though maybe Seth could cut it back to a traditional 8 show week schedule? Mondays dark and matinees on Wednesday/Saturday. My friend and I were shocked when he said it would be twice a day every day.
I do think as the shutdown goes into the summer, they'll cut back. Maybe just 10 shows a week for now(dark Mondays, with Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday matinees), then 8/week by June.

Wanting 2 shows a day everyday was/is very admirable but I’m sure they didn’t think this would go on as long as it will, when they started. I don’t think anyone at all would fault them for cutting back or, as I suggested before splitting the duties of running them with someone else.

I fully support them cutting back. I don't want Seth and James to tire out and even remotely resent this beautiful thing they have created. I'd love for them to keep the 8pm if possible. I fully support if they have alternate hosts as well. Whatever they need to make this work for the long haul. I also think the reunions (though wonderful) should be cut back and go back to the original format with a musical star as a guest so we can hear musical performances. The reunions worked though because I donated some more to get a shout out lol.
