New York, New York! from ON THE TOWN
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v7QfCxuvLo
New York, New York!
It's a helluva town!
We've got one day here and not another minute
To see the famous sights!
We'll find the romance and danger waiting in it
Beneath the Broadway lights;
But we've hair on our chests
So what we like the best are the nights
Sights! Lights! Nights!
New York, New York, a helluva town.
The Bronx is up, but the Battery's down.
The people ride in a hole in the groun'.
New York, New York, it's a helluva town!
That's my "favorite city" in the whole WIDE WORLD!

From Noel Coward's Sail Away - Why Do The Wrong People Travel, Travel, Travel?

With Clay Aiken in Spamalot, all of Broadway is singing a collective "There! Right! There!" -Me-
"Not Barker, Todd is the only person I've ever known who could imitate Katherine Hepburn...in print." -nmartin-

Shuffle Off to Buffalo
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

"Life Is Like A Train" from ON THE TWENTIETH CENTURY
Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Come to think of it, "Go Home Train" is actually an anti-traveling song. Ah well.
Begin at the beginning and go on till you come to the end: then stop.

There is an odd one in the new Tell Me On A Sunday CD where she is on the plane, and it takes off and the whole in-flight thing and landing.

A Summer in Ohio, from Last Five Years
Santa Fe, from Rent
Oklahoma, from DRS
Somewhere That's Green, from LSOH

"Journey On" from RAGTIME- but you have to in Battery Park while taking the ferry to the Statue of Libery or just taking the ferry to Staten Island..I did this and there's some dramatic ambience to it.
"Suspended in Time" from XANADU-while youre on a plane, looking thru the little window to the clouds (it has to be day time, and of course you have to be seated by the window) its very dramatic..I have tried this too..while going on my plane ride to New Orleans last year!) its a very nice feeling!
