You should know "Streets of Gold" from the 1988 Disney adaptation "Oliver and Company," which is set in New York City in the 1980s.

The Baker's Wife (in a way -- the guy who sings Proud Lady is a thief/con artist - blanking on the character name, but damn that's a great song!)

Most of See What I Wanna See: Aaron Lohr's character in R Shamon is called The Thief and all of Gloryday is about the Priest coning the city into believing Jesus would appear in the middle of Central Park.
I think someone said Wicked probably because the Wizard and Morrible "con" everyone into believing Elphaba is wicked. I could totally be wrong, but that was the fist thing I thought of.

One More Angel in Heaven from Joseph...Technicolor (it's sort of a con song because they are trying to make their father believe that Joseph died)

Okay, now that I got the shows about the thievery and the thefts, now I just need to know some songs from them that have those concepts.

I already got "The Reckoning" from DRS
"Along Came Bialy" or "Where did We go Right" or "We Can Do It" from the Producers
"The Caper" from 70, Girls, 70
and some others...

"Trouble (with a Capitol T)" or whatever it's called from Music Man or the opening song when all the salesmen sing really quickly...

"Give Them What They Want" DRS

"Rumor in St. Petersburg" Anastasia movie (there's that one part where they talk about "the biggest con in history!") or "Learn to Do It" where they teach Ana to act like Anastasia.
