Stephanie J. Block's next role?

Hey, wondering if anyone has heard of the next show she will be doing. Or maybe what shows you think she would be good for.

I wish! But I doubt it. I think she's a little tired of that role. Maybe someday.

Well, i remember the interview from a while ago, saying she would come back (and she did) for a short time just to be with Sebastian. And he's no longer there. It didn't seem like she TOTALLY wanted to do it, more like PUSHED. If she did she would say YES I WOULD LOVE TO DO IT AGAIN! And I just don't will she will return for a THIRD time.

HAHA I said the same thing Producer2! They already have great chemistry! But like I said. SJB probably won't do it but I'm sure Megan would!

Personally, I can't imagine her as a Roxy. Velma is currently the toughest role to dance on Broadway (without a doubt) and I doubt that Stephanie could handle it.

I'd actually love it if Stephanie, Megan and Allison Janney were in Wicked together. I know it would never happen, but I'd be there if it did. Maybe Marc Kudisch could play the Wizard with Andy Karl as Fiyero.

Janney should do a play next. I could see her thriving in a Durang play.

Hilty has proven she has little star quality and would be best off playing Glinda in various productions the rest of her career.

Block was a fine Elphaba. I doubt her portrayal of Judy has her phone ringing much.

Stephanie looks like she'd be one of the most awkward Velmas of all time. I cannot see her doing a chair dance.

I assume she'll do:
A. Return to Elphaba (Maybe after Donna leaves)
B. Focus on her recording career
C. Take a break and relax
D. Play Judy in 9 to 5 tour
E. other

I doubt she will go on tour. Her husband has a job in New York and I am positive they can live off of what he makes plus her CD sales. I think she will most likely relax.

That video of Bebe is amazing. She is so fluid with her dancing its incredible to watch.

I know this is going to sound crazy, but I'd like to see her play Princess Fiona in "Shrek." I can imagine her singing "I Know It's Today," "I Think I Got You Beat," and "Morning Person" very well and she'll bring humor to the role.

She can play the dark in Spider Man: Turn Off the Dark, she'd be one of the leads!

I can imagine performers singing certain songs too. Doesn't mean they're right for the role.
