For those of us who won, I just read on that "Other" message board,

Although the e-mail doesn’t say you need to respond, the rules state

Failure to respond to the initial notification e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours after transmission thereof ..... will result in disqualification and award of the ticket(s) to an alternate winner(s)

EDIT: Never mind. Just got an email saying this isn't necessary.

I never have high hopes for winning these things, but actually won! So excited I'll actually be able to go too. It is the one afternoon during the week where I am not working too. Should be quite the memorable afternoon.

A friend at Jujamcyn told me that the line tomorrow will only be recognized come 1pm. So, any unofficial line that forms will NOT be recognized. Only when a rep is there will they welcome the line to form.

^^ Sounds like chaos, with so many people pacing around at 12:45p but not officially in line. They should have just given all the seats they knew were available to the lotto and not encouraged queuing up.

I agree. Elaine inspired me to go into the theatre. I organized the tribute at The Metropolitan Room and create the lip-syncing video of Ladies Who Lunch featuring Beth Leavel and more. It hurts my heart that I can't be there.

I'll be there tomorrow in standby to try and get a ticket. But my hopes, sadly, are not very high.
