I am very disappointed in this costume. Paul tazewell is a brilliant fashion designer. But he did not do queen justice with this tacky costume. The wiz is suppose to look powerful, not like this. Paul is way better than this

I have liked everything up to this point...but um...not whatever that is.

I cannot believe they made the wiz wear something like that. That is just so ridiculous. The wiz is supposed to be almighty and powerful looking. Poor queen lol

That is one of my main concerns also. I do not want the emerald city citizens to look stupid and silly. I want them to look fashionable and stylish

^ Stop trying to counter with a claim that cannot be verified at this time. We have not seen Glinda's costume and we cannot verify whether or not it is "beautiful," which is subjective anyway (I might see ugliness where you see beauty). Just accept that what has been presented to the general public at this point in time points to a failed, second-rate, poor man's interpretation of a fabulous musical. Just embrace it.

Ah, Glinda's costume ...
I love how all three witches in the show looked like they sprang out of nature with hair like branches growing from their heads.
