Oooooooh my god, Drew & Taylor!!!! Best picture in this thread so far.
I miss these guys. All of my friends are seeing both shows today, and I'm "packing", which is lame.
I love that picture of Taylor and Drew. I wish their was more pictures of the 1st and 2nd tour cast members together.
Your moving to NY right? I would so love to live there. I am stuck in the south : (
another cute picture

Saw the show again last night -- much improved from their first weekend, as one might expect. :)
Great to hear that, although it was expected. Plan on seeing the show when I go back to SF this weekend. Gotta get my monthly fix.
Nice pics jerseyboyslover. Thanks for posting them.

Any reports on how full the house has been looking? How is rush these days as well?

Why can't it be just 2 days later when I'm done with my last college final ever.
Edit: Yeah I'd like to know what the rush line is looking like as of late too, because when I saw the new cast it was empty but I'm sure it has changed in the past weeks.
Cody's in Berkeley 6/10 @ 11am,

The house seemed quite full on Tuesday night. The entire mezz was sold out, and it sounded like the orchestra was, too. All the rush seats were filled.
Wow free posters!
Were the posters that the 1NT signed in Borders/Hard Rock last time free?
I didn't get one cause I already bought one for regular price.
How do you get there by Bart?

Yes, and they were ones you couldn't buy because they were specific to SF.

That's quite misleading... the Cody's in Berkeley closed down earlier this year. I think the fourth street one is in Oakland (and I think it's the last of the remaining Cody's, the one near the theater shutting down around the same time the Sherry cast left).
Ha, I totally forgot the other one closed; I just remembered the SF one so well because it was part of my well-worn stomping grounds...
It does appear, though, this is in Berkeley, not Oakland: https://codysbooks.com/about/maps.jsp;jsessionid=28F43C9AE89EAE11BD4F8DCD5B187E65
Jake said he barely remember anything from when he went on, he said ti was all pretty much a blur. That is kinda how it is with me after seeing the show, I dont remember much, Guess that means I need to see it again.
Karen.....thanks for the clarification.

Well it's good to know that he still updates his blog, hopefully there will be more updates in the future. And has there been any update on if they're going to carry his CD at the merch booth or is it a solid no. Because I don't want to pay shipping fees if I buy it online.
I am gonna be paying a visit to the Ahmanson and try to get a playbill...before opening :P
I gave my ticket away...to Sandra's castmate from the 1st tour of Hairspray.
We will be seeing Spelling Bee and Wicked and JB will be the 3rd choice :P
Happy Memorial Weekend to all!!!

Thanks antonijan, for the ticket. I really enjoyed the show! I really didn't know anything about it going in, so I didn't really know what to expect. I've never really cared one way or the other about Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons before this, but man, what a story!
The audience LOVED it. At one point, a woman in the audience screamed out to Frankie (Christopher Jones), "I LOVE YOU!!!" and the audience ate it up.
And it was a double treat for me to see Sandi DeNice (who played the first Penny on the National Tour of Hairspray) and Jackie Seiden (Who was the second Lou Anne). They, along with Melisssa Strom, worked their butts off playing EVERY woman they meet along the way. I swear they changed clothes so often I lost count.
Oh, and antonijan... You asked for a program. I hope you don't mind but I grabbed 2 and had most of the cast sign one of them for you. I think you'll enjoy the personalized notes they wrote for you!
