Thanks for that Link!
Is Jeremy Kushnier really playing Tommy DeVito in the 2nd National Tour? Crazy I would have never thought of him in the role. He is one of my favorite Rodgers in Rent. And he is such a sweetheart. Held an umbrella for us when it was raining at the stage door of The Wedding Singer (he was waiting for Andy Karl).
Well, he's friended that 2NT myspace, so I assume so. Whoo!
They need to say something about the rest of the cast soon. it is killing me!

Jennifer Naimo has update her blog. In it she mentions that Eddy (sp?) Driscoll is playing Gyp DeCarlo. She also mentions that Daniel and Erica have been out recently due to illness. Lets hope they get better soon.
I think it is spelled Eddie Driscoll.
anyway, Thanks for letting as know about that!
At the rate we are going we will know who the cast is before they even say anything!

Craig Laurie is definitely not Bob Guadio... for whomever did the Myspace thing...
You read it wrong. It says he's Bob Crewe.
Yes he is playing Bob Crewe. We dont know yet who is playing Bob Guadio.
I run the myspace page.

It really needs to be Kevin from Grease, but I'm sure if it was the info would have leaked out already. Oh well! I'm sure whoever it is will be fab.
Kevin was so cute, I wish it was him. yeah I think we would have heard by now if it was Kevin

So Jennifer Naimo has updated her blog and included some news about the touring cast. We get a bit of info about the 2nd tour's Bob, he attend Carnegie Mellon, unfortunately no mention of his name which I'm sure eveyone wants to know. Also she confirms that Steve Gouveia will be with the 2nd tour for about 11 weeks, and leave in mid July. After that he'll join the Sherry company in LA so Michael Ingersoll can join the Chicago bound company.

Lucky Chicago!
I saw the show again last night, and Michael Ingersoll is so consistently amazing in that role. He was giving backstage tours after the show for $50 for BC/EFA, but I didn't have the time. Emo!

Michael Ingersoll is a great guy all around, and he always recognizes the people who seen the show multiple times and stage door after. But the details about their switch wasn't mentioned so I wonder if he's going to be joining the Chicago bound company while they're still in SF or if he'll go on vacation after his time in LA and join the company once they reach Chicago.

They did! I think he's only doing it on select nights (because they made a point of saying it was a special thing).

"I know this is a werid question but does anyone know the name of the 2nd tour? or have they even given it one, I know the first one is called "the Sherry Company""
They are naming the tours? When did they start doing that? I didn't hear of any names for the tours. Maybe the second tour will be the Dawn company.
It would be really cool if Kevin from You're The One That I Want did Jersey Boys particularly Gaudio cause him and Daniel kinda look alike.

Or Marianne!
Most tours have separate names for bookeeping purposes. It's much less confusing than just numbers. Les Miz had the Valjean, Fantine, and Marius companies; Phantom had the Phantom, Christine, and Music Box companies; Rent had Angel, Benny, and Collins.
shesamarshmallow: OK, that makes sense! I've been to one show where they had a BC/EFA speech and auctioned off a "rag doll" (haha), but no mention of a tour.

If they keep expanding at this rate we'll end up with awkwardly named tours like the "Walk Like a Man" tour and the "Big Girls Don't Cry" tour.
