If they're going with Four Season's song titles that are girls names to name the tours, it'll probably be awhile before they run out of names. There are a bunch of songs in the Four Seasons catalog that would qualify. But I wouldn't be suprised if the next company is the Dawn Company.
Jerseyboyslover, just checked out the myspace update and thanks for posting who will play Bob (Andrew Gehling).
We now have the next group of guys who are playing the Four Seasons. I can't wait until they announce the rest of the cast and I can't wait to see them perform. By anychance does anyone know or heard anything new reguarding the last day for the Sherry company in SF?

I would've thought they would name the tours after the guys like the Frankie tour, the Bob tour, the Tommy tour, the Nick tour, but you could only really do four tours like that.
The second tour should be the Big Girls Don't Cry tour in seeing that Big Girls was the Four Seasons next hit after Sherry. They should name them after each song in order from the first hit and so on and so on, so if they do a third tour it should be called the Walk Like A Man tour.
I was hoping their last day would be on a Friday night or a weekend because that's the only time during the week I can come down to SF from school without missing class. I guess I'll just have to catch their last weekend in SF. But I'll absolutely be at the next tour's first performance in SF.
Does anyone know if the new cast is going to be performing in the public tech rehearsals in New Haven? Those are May 12 and 13, which don't fit at all with the May 4 SF start date.

I havent heard anything about that, would you like me to ask one of the cast members? I would be happy to do it.
I have started a chat for JB fans, you can add me on AIM the sn is jerseyboysfans. As of right now I dont have any timed chats but will soon, I am thinking maybe having them twice a week. I have one for the broadway, the sherry tour and the new tour, let me know which one you want in. now if you are on the 2nd tour one you dont have to just talk about the 2nd tour, I am just putting them in this way so I can keep up with everyone better.

It's interesting b/c this line in the SF show is not in the Broadway show. It's apparently one of the few changes they made for the national tour. In the NY Broadway show, Tommy answers with something like, "You know the usual, gambling, gaming, and moneylaundering" or something like that, instead of the Siberia line.
Chris Hoff told me that he used to say the Siberia line during workshops at La Jolla, but it got changed somewhere along the line. I personally think the Siberia line is funnier.
I just found another cast member, I was doing a search for Jersey Boys on myspace and I found him, his name is Jake Speck, he is a swing and I think he may be understudying Andrew but I am not sure. Here is his web site

I just wanted to chime in and clarify a few things. Yes, the "Sherry" company's last performance in SF is May 3rd. The new cast will take over 4th. The official casting notice will be made public soon im sure, but you guys seem to have done your homework. Wow.
The Sherry cast will be going to New Haven, CT directly from SF. This is because we have to tech the new LA set. The set will be the exact same, as will the staging of the show. We have to do a tech simply because we have new tech people, and its a new set. Everything is the same, but its new, which means we have to make sure everything works. It's great to know that the tech run throughs are going to be before an audience, and it's going to be a rare chance to see this show in this format. The full set will be up along with lights and sound, however we will be doing it in street clothes.
So if you wanna come see us do that, we would love it. Please see the link below for ticket information. Tix will go on sale on Monday the 9th.
After New Haven, we get about 10 days off, then we fly to LA for previews starting the 25th and an Opening of June 3rd.
Also, look for a big announcement about Jersey Boys on April 20th!
