Has anyone seen the new video of the tour on FOX news in Huston? They're pretty bad with the names.

HAHAHA.
I actually watched that whole thing. I mean, for the captions, first I thought it was just weird they had "Tommy DeVito instead of "Tommy DeVito". But then when it showed up again for Andrew "RUN-NELLS", I burst out laughing like the little loser I am.
I think I'll shut up now.

So we have the London production starting up in a month. Supposedly Toronto is getting their own production this summer. And now we have Melbourne in March of next year. This show just keeps popping up all over the place.

Kinda like rabbits.
Geez, I heard about Australia too. I'd love to see the London cast and NOW the Australia cast pull off those Jersey accents. ;D

#2157"'Jersey Boys' learning from the past"

Once "Avenue Q" and "Hairspray" closed, producers realized the task of selling a nonexclusive product might even be harder. If you weren't in a rush to see "The Producers" before it leaves Paris Las Vegas on Feb. 9, maybe it's because you saw it elsewhere.
You can look to the April arrival of "Jersey Boys" and say one of two things: "Don't they get the message? Broadway doesn't work in Vegas!" Or, "At least this one can benefit from what others learned the hard way."
It's no surprise that "Jersey Boys" co-producer Michael David leans toward the latter, and counts lessons learned in other cities as well. "This will be the fourth production of 'Jersey Boys' we've done," he says. "As we get wiser about the one we just did, we try and refine and improve the new one we're doing."

#2158'Jersey Boys' learning from the past'
Posted: 1/27/08 at 3:53pmIntresting article. Hopefully JB did learn from the mistakes from previous shows that flopped in Veags and do well. Although the producer is hoping to also get those people who didn't catch the show in any of the CA stops and in AZ, hopefully they're willing to travel to Vegas to see the show.

Update on all the cast changes in the Sherry Company. Most of which was known. But mentions one I don't think any of us had a clue about. Although explains why one name got moved from one cast to another on the official sites today.

Geez, and I thought they were just switching off!
I agree. Jennifer Evans is basically amazing. Glad that I got to see her as Francine and Lorraine.
I wonder who is going to replace Kara in Chicago now...

Wow, that's really surreal. It feels like...when they put Disney and Warner Brothers characters together in Roger Rabbit.
(Also, Erik Bates looks like a former boss of mine, which is doubly weird.)

#2166More tour stops

The official site only has dates until Dec 08, but I'm sure more dates will be announced eventually. And here's one now. According to this article Jersey Boys will be in Hartford, CT 2/3/09-2/22/09. I'm sure more will pop up as presenters announce their next season.

If you've seen the Emmys clip already (and if you're in this thread and haven't, what's wrong with you?!), just go to 3:27 and watch on from there...

Well, ran into this clip of Rick from back in the day. I don't know if some of you would remember this show that was on Nickelodeon back in the day called "Pete & Pete" (and if you don't then I feel old) but it was one of my favorite shows when I was younger.
