Does anyone know who is hosting the 2013 Tonys? Or indeed if there even will be a host? I know that some awards shows have chosen to go host-less, but they always seemed unfocused and meandering. Isn't it rather late in the game anyway, one way or the other?

If I remember from last year, the host wasn't announced until about a month before. so hopefully we'll find out in the next week or so.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I was being facetious with the McPhee suggestion as the phrase "dynamic personality" was used.

In all seriousness, I would love to see Susan Blackwell host. It would never happen of course, but some of her Side by Side interviews are comic gold.
