Jordan, I love your humor. I'm not expecting anything to come about from this post, but rather just posting my thoughts. Both of these properties would translate extremely well to the stage.

Down with love stars Ewan mcgregor and Renee zelweger, Sarah Paulson and David Hyde Pierce and is basically a spoof of 50's movies and life. It came out in 2003.

Little manhattan stars josh hutcherson and Cynthia Nixon and it's about a romance between children.

Down with Love is a fantastic movie and would make a great musical.

Two original ideas, great movies. Little Manhattan, music by Jason Robert Brown or Michael John LaChiusa. On another note I always thought the play, Miss Julie, would make a great musical.
