What do you think will be in the run for 2010 & 2011??
I would love to see A Christmas Carol this year! I know Madison Sqaure did it, but I don't think it's ever been on Broadway.

Posted: 5/17/10 at 4:48pmA Christmas Story has also been musicalized. It premiered this past Christmas at the KC Rep with talks of being in New York for this coming holiday season. Last I heard that hasn't happened, but is being remounted in Seattle instead.

Posted: 5/17/10 at 4:55pmI actually wouldn't be suprised to see White Christams return for it's third year. It did well last Christmas and very well during 2008. And if the Marquis theater is available again this holiday season, it'll be back.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

"A Christmas Story, The Musical — initially announced as a festive-season Dancap presentation at the Sony Centre — has been quietly dropped from the lineup for reasons beyond Dancap’s control. After initial runs last December in several Michigan towns and Chicago, the producers have decided to take the show straight to New York for Christmas 2012."

Posted: 3/21/12 at 7:46pmwow when this thread was started Elf had not even happened yet and then it did. Not that I saw it. The only Christmas show I saw in NYC, well besides A Christmas Carol but that was at MSG was the Christmas Spectacular. That's basically the only show worth seeing for Christmas.
