I would assume it's one of the Cameron Mackintosh musicals or WICKED?

HAMILTON probably doesn't win for all-time, but by early 2019 it had Broadway + four U.S. tours + London. Which is an impressively fast rollout four years after its world premiere.

If you're not talking about first-class replica productions, it's probably something like FIDDLER or SOUND OF MUSIC.

I wonder if any show can compete with the number of Gilbert and Sullivan productions that sprang up during their heyday in the late 1800’s. Apparently as many as 8 (unauthorized!) productions of HMS Pinafore ran in New York simultaneously in 1879.

This year, in late April and early May, there were three productions of 1776 on the East Coast: at Ford's Theatre in DC, Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia, and Papermill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few more happening in other parts of the country.

I feel like Moulin Rouge has to be high up there as well. Broadway, Tour, West End, International tour, maybe a scattering of foreign productions simultaneously on top of that. I know it's played Australia and Europe extensively but I'm not sure how much of that overlapped with the current world touring production-though I believe there were some foreign language productions running alongside London, Bway, and Tour prior to the international tour.

Les Mis, if you read the theatre section of the New York Times in the late 80’s early 90’s they had a ad every month or so with the overseas opening. It was Cosette with a city landmark behind her

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist. Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino. This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more. Tazber's: Reply to Is Stephen Schwartz a Practicing Christian
