I suggested Springers on the myspace group. I don't really know why there is a need for a shortened version though. The title of the show really doesn't lend itself to the shortening bit.
some of the discussions on the fansites have been really intelligent posts, actually..these aren't annoying 12 year old girls. They're people who appreciate good art. God forbid that theatre speak to people!
Yet when someone on BWW says they don't like the show, fans get all riled up and tell those who dislike the show to "shut up." I'm not saying that the fans are not intelligent. I like the show, but I have seen people on myspace and BWW that are getting to be already very annoying.
Yeah there are plenty of intelligent fans, but what's the need to "name" yourselves? Is just being a simple fan not enough? Must you show to world how obsessed with SA you are?
That's it, RentBoy86! SAs (pronounced "essays"). It has a nice ring to it.

"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
I agree that the idea of a name for fans is silly.
But out of the choices they listed, I like The Guilty Ones.
"Winning a Tony this year is like winning Best Attendance in third grade: no one will care but the winner and their mom."
-Kad
"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."
