I am going to be visiting NYC next month and can only see one of the following shows. Which acting duo should I see?

Bernadette Peters and Elaine Stritch (A Little Night Music)
Kelsey Grammer and Douglas Hodge (La Cage aux Folles)
Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth (The Addams Family)

Judging the show, and not the duo:

NOT the Addams Family.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Nathan Lane & Bebe Neuwirth, as well as Carolee Carmello & Terrence Mann.

You can't beat the talent, and the show is enjoyable enough while you there...very funny.

I would strongly recommend seeing Peters and Stritch. You can't go wrong with Hodge and Grammer, but I'd still go with the ladies.

Agree, Peters and Stritch for sure. And you might consider trying to get youw tickets in the next couple of hours, before tomorrow's reviews start to show up on-line.

Ah to be honest, I have not seen Peters & Stritch. I'm not the biggest Night Music fan and actually enjoyed Addams enough to recommend it. Also it is the only new show in the group, if that means anything.

ALNM...I know I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to see amazing actresses such as Peters and Stritch... but honestly, those 3 shows are all so different, it comes down to taste.

I haven't seen Addams yet, but I am going to go with Peters and Stritch (even though I haven't seen them, it would be a crime to miss them...and I DID thoroughly enjoy the production with Zeta-Jones and Lansbury).
