Aw, I'm happy to see that the kids respond. I always figured that people only sent to the adults.
"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." Does Mamma Mia respond? I've heard back from every long running musical (either with a signed playbill or a donation request) except for Mamma Mia.

This week I replies back from Betty Buckley and Patti LuPone. I sent both of them some CD inserts and they returned them signed. I also got a personalized Playbill from Patti.
Has anyone sent a request to Hamilton lately? For those who have, is there a donation required and how much is it? I'd like to send one with the donation already included if it's requested. Also, is The Kind and I sending out and do they require a donation as well?
Thanks in advance.

I don't know if this helps much, but off-Broadway, Hamilton was requesting $60 for a signed Playbill. So I'm guessing you better be prepared to make that much in a donation, if not more now.
I just heard back from Peter Gallagher. I sent him the booklet to the "Idolmaker" CD I bought my mother for her birthday about three months ago and he sent it back signed and personalized for my mother.

I got a signed playbill from Marlee Matlin! I sent it to her right when previews started and I got it back on Friday. I also sent to 2 other people, so hopefully I will hear back from them soon.
Has anyone tried Ruthie Ann Miles over at The King and I?

@loliveve: About how long did it take for her to respond?

I'm so excited, because about a week ago I get a reply from Rachel Bay Jones! I sent to her a couple weeks before Pippin closed, so it took almost 10 months. She signed my Christmas Story Pre-Broadway tour playbill!
You should! :) I got a Playbill back signed by him with a personal message (if your letter is of a personal nature) in three months. I sent in mid/late July and received an August Playbill in mid/late September. I did not however get a response from the stage manager in regards to my cast signed Playbill request (possibly because me being at NYU prohibits me from making a donation to BC/EFA of any amount :/ Of which I stated in the letter.) I wish you luck on a speedy return, but as he tweeted just recently, he's about three weeks being on emails, if that gives any inkling of how long it would take. But again, fingers crossed! :)
Has anyone tried writing to Lea Salonga over at Allegiance yet?

Heard back from Fool For Love and Hamilton today. Fool For Love sent me a cast-signed playbill (no donation request) and Hamilton sent me an unsigned playbill with a letter requesting a minimum $40 donation (that's unusually low considering their popularity) to BC/EFA for a cast-signed playbill. Nice of them to send me an unsigned playbill too instead of just the letter, though.

Did you send the request for Hamilton recently? I just sent one two days ago without a donation. Just wondering if I could follow up today with a check/note referencing my other envelopes. Thanks for any suggestions!

Does AAIP respond to cast-signed playbill requests?
