I couldn't seem to find addresses for Sarah Litzsinger, Anneliese Van Der Pol & Sarah Uriarte Berry but seeing as they starred in BATB recently before it closed, I'm going to try and send it the Lunt Fontanne so hopefully they can forward it to them(like the Gershwin did for Carole Shelley for me back in March). If it dosen't work, I'll just keep trying to find an address or wait for them to be in a show.

Shoshana Bean is going to be a bit difficult because I sent it to her address from Fan Mail.biz 2 months ago but last month it came back with a sticker saying "No Forward Order on File". So I'll have to wait til she's in a new show, hopefully sometime next year after doing her album. :)

Phillyeagle111, I recieved a signed playbill today from Jersey Boys and I had addressed the envelope to "Stage Manager."

It took 6-8 weeks, but I've got it now!

Phillyeagle111: I also recieved a signed playbill from Jersey Boys over the summer. It took a while but it was worth it.

In the mail today was a signed playbill from Pygmalion and one from Frankenstein (the entire cast) I wrote the stage manager and they wrote me back on the back of a prop letter to Victor.

how do you get all these addresses? is the stage manager the best placet o send it to if you want it signed by the companny. do you send the playbill/picture? Do you put your address and an envelope. I am sorry for all these questions but I have never done this before. Thanks for the help.

I sent each actor/actress a self-addressed stamped bubble wrap envelope for them to sign a headshot, place it in, seal it, and mail it off. (It's nice when you make it as easy for them as possible .. they are more likely to return something.) Then I placed the bubble wrap envelope inside a bigger manilla envelope and I always wrote a nice letter and stuck it in the bigger envelope.

I always sent all of my letters to the theatre and addressed it to Mr. or Ms. Insert Actor's name here.

It worked for me! I got back almost all of the letters I sent out.

alfgiotir: it is much easier to write to the stage manager of a show if you want to request a playbill signed by the company because 9 times out of 10 they already have a whole bunch signed and theyll send it right back to you instead of writing to a specific actor who might take months to reply to fanmail. And, no you do not have to send the playbill.

You should ALWAYS include a SASE (self addressed stamp envelope) if you expect something back from the S.M or an actor...even though some actors may write you back and send you stuff if you didnt include a SASE because theyre nice hah.

I guess you could. But I wouldn't have thought you'd get a response quick due to the strike. I guess you could if you were writing to someone from XANADU or Young Frankenstein. It's different for me because I posted by air mal so it would take a while for me to get something.

I just received a signed photo from Sierra Boggess with such a sweet note. Such a lovely girl :)

I just had a RTS from Legally Blonde saying that they can't forward my request to the Company Manager in asking for a signed playbill and a signed photo of Laura Bell Bundy. Gutted, but I'll send a letter to Laura tomorrow in asking for a signed headshot.

Alright, I new to the whole fanmail thing and the only people I wrote to on Broadway were Julia and Kendra when they were in Wicked... but i Just the other day sent out a request letter to Christian Borle and Laura Bell Bundy. What do you mean by personalized? Like for example. To: ____ Signed: Laura Bell Bundy? And do you know what she sends? ALSO Do you know anything about Christian Borle's responses?

If you want an entire playbill signed, where should you send it? One specific actor or the stage manager office. If stage manager, where do you get those adresses.
