PRISCILLA's grosses have risen for the last two weeks. While it isn't selling out I'd say it will be around for quite sometime. Wherever it has played it rarely sells out but has a history of good houses. It always seems to find its audience.
in response to the person regarding the nut. i am a cast member. I heard of this thread through my dresser today, just to clarify, our nut is nowhere NEAR 800. I was in the show in toronto and now on broadway. your opinion is welcomed, always, and respected, however you are speaking falsities as if they are fact and you are wrong.
of course I do. Or I would not have felt so strongly about people knowing. someone set up this account for me just to answer. Though it is "insider information" people hear thing, some true, some not. I only felt it fair to the debate to step in with accurate information.
PRISCILLA is the 6th highest grossing show this week (out of 36 shows reporting). Three shows that are grossing higher are WICKED, THE LION KING, and JERSEY BOYS - all obviously benefiting from name recognition and tourist business.
PRISCILLA looks healthy to me.

You're right, I cannot post the exact number. rest assured, we are doing fine financially. That being said, anything can happen, and we are all grateful to be a part of such a fun show and to have a job doing what we love.
I will repeat, it is nowhere, being near the BALLPARK, of being even close to 800,000.
The thought that someone thinks that is laughable.
It was very clear the weekly running costs were not 800 thousand, i dont know what the person was thinking even typing that. Spider Man is just over a million a week and whilst PQD has a large budget it does not come close to Spider Man. The show (as Alterego said) has never really been the kinda show that sells out, but like here in the UK it always has a healthy audience.
Namo i love u but we get it already....you don't like Madonna
Sorry. but I can create a account and say I am also a company member... And like you spread falsities. W will stick to what I know. Great show. Hope it is around for a long time. But I doubt those figures variety releases are wrong.
You seem to be the only one who seems to reporting this $800K figure which seem to be pulled out of your a**. I tend to believe that it's not $800K because that cost is frankly insane. I'm pretty sure SHREK had a lower nut. That show had a budget of $30M and very intricate massive technical set.
Where does this $800K figure come from?
Also, an FYI I can't find where Variety posted $800K. And you were so secretive about your source before, why just name Variety now? Troll better.
Does anyone remember when someone came on insisting they we're a company member of Cry Baby and insisting the show was in no trouble and then the closing notice went up? I choose not to believe any of you. Priscillas NUT is ok. Not great. Fun show.
I don't give a flying monkey about the show's nut, but it's pretty clear that "PQD Cast Member" is just some hyper-enthusiastic teenager from Long Island , Jersey, or Wisconsin.
haha. ok. I would be happy to meet any of you at the stage door tonight. or any other night and speak with you further about our show. It doesn't bother me at all, but would love to meet you. Feel free to come and let me know when you are there and I will meet you and happily give you a tour of backstage. It is what we do for all of the fans of the show.
Is there a way to message on this board? Please advise. thanks.
Phony company member posters aside... i think the numbers will be up this week..since Friday was the first time in a whike the show was not up at tkts.
