thanks for the info again sorry about possibly double posting but when u search final rent lottery nothing comes up at least not for me but problem solved thread can not be deleated
I love how people have to go on detailed rants and apologies about asking a question because the "Board Powers That Be," who have appointed themselves mind you, are going to insult, belittle, bitch and moan via a message board about a question.
Will it really end the world if someone didn't feel like searching, or did search and couldn't find anything? Will your day REALLY be ruined?
Anyway, thanks for asking this question because I'm interested in knowing myself.
I'm pretty sure this was asked earlier. But it'll probably be the same type of lotto as A&A (meaning they'll lotto standing room tickets, so there's no point showing up in the morning for SRO), with twice as many people.
i had also heard something about lottoing the last row in the mezz, similar to what they did for RENT 10. Although the source not so reliable on that one.

Coolkid, it really is a shame that you single handedly have turned a stellar twelve year run of a poignant and moving Broadway show into an obnoxious joke to myself and everyone else on these boards. It makes me see why people on these boards despise RENT, and as a fan myself you're really starting to turn me against it.
You make me embarrassed to like the show. Good fu*king job.
You're a dumb ass seventeen year old kid who got into the show three years ago. You probably do not fully understand the concept of the show at your age nor are you even aware of the time period it's set in. You are especially not more deserving to see this show over anybody else who would want to see the final cast.
Furthermore, if they do have lotto on the day of the performance, I personally will show up and kick you in the balls if I hear you running your mouth with your speech about how it's your birthday and all you want is tickets for the final show. Or if you start badgering people for their tickets. Or if you start crying because you lose. And probably even if you win just for all the fu*king headaches you gave people on these boards.
If going to the closing show of RENT is the most important thing in your life at seventeen years old, then you must be a real fu*king loser. And your parents did a ****ty job in raising you.
As of this moment no one seems to know for sure what lotto is going to be like on the 7th. The lotto crew says everything is subject to change. As far as standing room goes, probably will be lottoed off. Lining up at the crack of dawn makes no sense. And the timing of lotto is still unknown. If it's going to be before normal lotto time (as more than two hours before curtain) there will be some form of formal announcemnt. Right now they're still kicking ideas around.
At least that's what I've been told.
"I wrote a book: "How to Be Popular". Now I've put together a top ten list of how to help you:
-Elphie, everyday... shower. I mean, who knows? Maybe some of that green is gonna come off!
-Deodorant Elphie. No body likes a stinky witch!
-I think we've covered the hair, we'll get to that.
-Clean underclothes. That's all I'm gonna say.
-Look at your posture. That's no way to be popular!
-Bed made, room straightened. We've done that.
-Colors blended. Oookay.
-But the most important thing to have, to make yourself popular, is to keep your beautiful smile."
~Kristin Chenoweth in her last performance of the song "Popular"
