Does that mean Cole isn't doing LA as the poster above speculated? It would seem like a waste to have Alaska only do 6 tour stops when the majority of that leg is LA.

I'm said I won't get to see this. I just looked yesterday for tickets on a September Wednesday and decided, based on how expensive they were, to just wait and try TKTS to get a better seat for (likely) a better price than the $115 for the last couple of rows.

My assumption is they'll be frozen earlier than the 19th but just wanted to have opening night be Dolly's birthday. This way they're open for Christmas/New Year and get the press blitz later in January

Why is everyone here suddenly so concerned with producers "wasting money" or "throwing money away" on new works? Broadway is a losing business, for the most part. Producers know this. Why do you all care? I swear, every time a new show is announced, every one on this board acts like they manage these people's financial portfolios.

Morrison's career has been in an absolute tail spin for the last 5+ years, between those cringeworthy viral videos of his time on The Greatest Dancer to his unhinged horny Grinch in the live NBC musical in 2020 to getting fired from So You Think You Can Dance and doing a Christmas movie for the horribly-rated and anti-gay Candace Cameron Bure network.He might be more a liability than a draw.
