Which nonprofit theatres are your favorites? Whose work have you been inspired by or are looking forward to?I've recently been cheering on MCC. Their current season is great. Also a big fan of Roundabout Underground's season.
Personally, I loved Sarah DeLappe's writing. The dialogue was so real. I played girl's soccer all throughout high school and it totally brought me back.Has anyone seen this both at The Playwrights Realm and at LCT?
I'm traveling to NYC for a weekend. Wondering if anyone could recommend 1-2 "must see" shows on Broadway or Off-Broadway right now?Have recently seen DEH, Great Comet and Indecent. Open to plays or musicals!
Saw this at the Long Wharf in New Haven. IMO, it's fantastic. Four other girls attended with me and a few walked out in tears. I don't know about Brooklyn, but it definitely speaks on immigrants and the power of sisterhood. I really loved it!

To specify:Regardless of the playwright's pay in relation to the director, producers, actors, etc. is it true that the playwright receives a 5-8% royalty of the box office's weekly grosses pre-recoupment?
