I can't sleep. The anticipation is killing me. Comey's testimony will be damning. Look for a few exits from the WH by the end of next week. Trump is toxic!
On what planet is it a "double standard" to have concluded Hillary's e-mail investigation but yet still keep the Russian one open? The two are not connected. What about all the other thousands and millions of cases the FBI has concluded? Relevance, your honor?
He was so incoherent it's hard to know what the old coot meant. Supposed American patriot and this is how he chooses to use his seven minutes? He is an absolute joke.
Beyoncé is not an ally. Actions speak louder than words, Mrs. Carter. #Dubai #$$$
Nothing was going to happen. This wasn't going to be the legal silver bullet that would be needed to bring criminal charges against him.
What I think it did do was start the trial in the Court of Public Opinion. President Pussy Grabber is averaging 40% approval across all the polling. I think this starts to chip away at that further, and depending on what the special prosecutor's next move is, we could look back at this testimony as the beginning of the end (end being January 20, 2021).
I don't think anybody has any illusions that anything will happen as long as the Republicans are in control. And even if the Dems took control in 2018, it took 2 years to nab Richard Nixon. Translation: We're stuck with the orange turd for his term.
Whist it wasn't a bombshell testimony I still think that plenty of things Comey said should be investigated, Trump clearly tried to sway him.
Also Russia didn't affect the voting stations but surely release of emails and slander etc DID impact the election. Wouldn't that be common sense? Many were influenced by those email releases etc.
Namo i love u but we get it already....you don't like Madonna

You know you've gotten a big win when your deputy press secretary (probably cause Spicer is too embarrassed to do it anymore) has to tell the press the president really isn't a liar... and no one believes her.
Just in the last few weeks... being openly and publicly mocked by other world leaders, having the leader of North Korea tell you it was a mistake to pull out of the Paris Accord and have him look like the sane, rational one, start a twitter fight for no reason with a respected public servant trying to lead his city through a horrific tragedy, announcing a completed $110 billion arms deal that turns out to be nothing more than a bunch of letters of intent some of which already existed and don't amount to a pile of spit and getting played by the Saudis so they could escalate with Qatar and all they had to do was let him dance with a sword and touch an orb. This is just the last 3 weeks. I could go on and talk about him shocking his own staff by deleting the pledge to uphold Article 5 in his NATO address, looking like a strong, virile leader by needing a golf cart to go a few hundred feet while all the other world leaders had no problem walking, pushing a head of state out of the way so he could be at the front of a group photo... I could go on but my fingers are exhausted already.
As the Usual Suspects desperately whirl themselves into circles trying to spin this as a "victory for Trump" (LOL), here are a few key points to keep in mind:
• Trump's request of "letting Flynn go" was perceived as an order and an attempt by Trump to interfere with an ongoing criminal investigation by the FBI: practically a textbook definition of obstruction of justice.
• Comey expected Trump to lie about their meetings: "I was honestly concerned that he might lie about the nature of our meeting and so I thought it really important to document."
• Pence is implicated. Comey bluntly affirmed Vice President Mike Pence was aware of Flynn's Russia connections during the presidential transition. Pence has previously claimed he had no knowledge of those ties.
• Sessions is implicated. "We also were aware of facts that I can't disclose in an opening setting that would make his (Session's) continued engagement in a Russia-related investigation problematic."
• The FBI knows the Russians have dirt on Trump. Comey said he could not discuss the "Steele dossier" (including allegations that Moscow has tape of Trump in a hotel room with urinating Russian prostitutes) because it "goes into the details of the investigation."
• “They’re coming for America.”They will be back.” We are talking about nothing less than the ongoing safety of our electoral system.
• Asked whether Trump showed “concern or interest or curiosity” about Kremlin actions, Comey testified he did not.
• Asked whether Trump himself colluded with Moscow, Comey answered: "That's a question I don't think I should answer in an open setting."

So yes, today was yet another win.
TOO MUCH WINNING!!! SO TIRED OF WINNING.
Save your keystrokes. There's no reasoning with BC, he exists in a world where all is well and Pussy Grabber really is making America great again.

There goes Pence's plausible deniability and the GOP's safety harness. Perhaps, Trump will stick around until midterm elections, but he'll be a huge drag on GOP partisans up for reelection and upstarts alike. We have to make the midterms a referendum on Trump's first two years in office.
“This was a devastating day for the Trump White House, and when the history of the Trump presidency is written, this will be seen as a key moment. James Comey laid out facts and was essentially encouraging Mueller to investigate Trump for obstruction. That’s a huge deal.”
--Peter H. Wehner, White House adviser to President George W. Bush
