I love the Jeffrey Carlson love on this thread. Jeff is extremely underrated.

Broadway in general is very underrated. Nothing, and I mean nothing not the biggest stars in Hollywood can beat the work that people on the Great White Way do eight times a week. I know this was supposed to be actors but I believe that everyone from the stage hand to the biggest marquee name is underrated.

William Daniels. For as much as I liked Boy Meets World, it's a shame he was stuck as Mr. Feeny for so long. I loved him on St. Elsewhere (and of course, 1776).

My two favorites ever -

TRISHA JEFFREY from All Shook Up and Little Shop- this girl has so much heart in whatever she does and is so incredibly nice. I'm waiting for the day she gets the role where everyone will be able to see her in the spotlight and see what an amazing performer she really is.

JULIE REIBER from All Shook Up and Brooklyn - wow. Big-time talent with a huge voice. After being an u/s for Eden Espinosa (BKYLN) and Jenn Gamby (ASU) it's time she gets "THE role" ... can we say next Elphaba??

I forgot about The Graduate -- yes, he's amazing in that as well. I tend to immediately associate him with St. Elsewhere, 1776, and Boy Meets World. I haven't seen The Parallax View, sorry!

It's been a while since I've been to New York, so, I can't comment about a good deal of the actors you're mentioning.

But I can mention:

Karen Morrow
(These people should have shows written for them and they should be working constantly.)

And the mother(s) of them all:

Kaye Ballard
(Except for having appeared in such legendary flops as "The Golden Apple" "Reuben, Reuben" "Royal Flush" and "Molly", the reason why this woman is not a huge star is beyond me. She is flawless with a ballad and peerless with a comedy number. There should be a statue of her somewhere in this great land of ours!)

I had no interest in seeing WiW until I heard she was in the role. I found out her regular role was the prostitute and waited... and waited... and was so pissed to see on nights when Maria was in she was such a terribly small role. I heard she was snubbed for Wicked, which was a mistake on their part. God forbid they get someone new and there and stop recycling touring/chicago/bway people. My dream role for her would be if Baz Lurhman ever realizes Moulin Rouge into a stage spectacle, she would be the BEST Satine
